I don't remember that happening a ton in the past. And I think that's part of the fun of a playoff series is following the,

oh, they did this. What is Denver going to do to adjust? Tune into the next episode, which is tonight, Mike, in Game 2. So I got my little list of adjustments for the Lakers, adjustments for Denver, but I want to start out in a more broad sense kicking it to you. What's on your mind for Game 2? Little, I bet it's a big list, Pete. it's got a couple of episodes we'll get to it

items we'll get to it yeah i mean the obvious part is just the simple energy to start and so

that's where it's going to be better but i also don't think that it's a it's a foregone conclusion

um that the lakers come in and and just you know, punch Denver in the mouth the same way.

I agree.

I think this Denver team is super highly motivated and really believes in themselves.

And so that's a team that you have to have to contend with in a little bit of a different way.

Like Golden State had the championship type of energy from Steph Curry, certainly.

But there were even parts of the series where Dremont didn't seem like he was fully believed, right?

That they could make another run in that sense.

And I don't think Memphis is at a point yet where they had that type of full team understanding and belief that is endeavor.
