This is Twitter Spaces. I thought we'd jump on here and talk a little bit about the big news of the morning.

Well, I guess some of the big news the morning. The Celtics are busy dealing with some stuff going on there.

But Bayon Bogdanovich sent to Detroit in a shocking deal for Kelly Olenick and Sabin Lee.

No draft compensation coming to the Utah Jazz.

Danny Ains instead sending Bogdanovich to Detroit.

What this means for the Lakers, I know there's a lot of Lakers fans right now,

based on the response that I've seen in social media,

we're pretty upset, not thrilled with this because of what it means. I don't think people are necessarily too upset that the Lakers won't get William Bogdanovich. He's a fine player. I think he'd be a nice fit for the Lakers. But I think most of the reaction that I've seen on social media has been people upset that it means the Lakers will have Russell Westbrook on the roster to start the season, and it means that they will not

be making any kind of a big move to free up this roster, which, as we've talked about many

times, this roster doesn't make a lot of sense as presently constructed. It's just, it's very,

very guard-heavy. You've got some questions about the

size. The shooting certainly a concern as well. And it now seems almost certain that none of that's

going to get addressed before the season starts. So I think that is the root of the frustration right now

for Lakers fans, particularly when you see what he went for and for Lakers fans who have been told

all summer, right, by opposing fans, by national media, that anything the Lakers do requires
