Another painful loss to the Denver Nuggets so close can't help. But leaving that game feeling like the Lakers, let it slip away.

An opportunity was there for a win, A couple of things here and there that

ultimately led to the loss. That's how close these games against the Nuggets have been.

It's always down to one, maybe two plays. And unfortunately, so far, Denver tends to get the

better on those. Denver advances and the Lakers season comes to an end. Joining me is Sean Davis,

The Lakers coming up short,

I look at the free throw line as a big reason why,

not able to knock down enough of their freebies

in a game they lost by two to miss nine free throws.

That is an absolute killer. And then, of course,

that big offensive rebound. They gave away to Aaron Gordon late that turned into a Denver

three, have to do better on that. That was also a big possession. That ultimately, I think,

really decided this game. Of course, a lot of other things to get into. But your thoughts coming off of a

brutal, brutal loss.

For a while now, I've kind of said like the most demoralizing play. Really, I said it's because

the Golden State, but I mean, this series also just makes it apply to denver probably honestly more than golden state more than anybody that the most demoralizing

playing basketball is an offensive rebound and there were at least three times down the stretch

where lakers did everything right for 23.8 seconds.
