I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Filmroom podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And last night, the Lakers got their biggest win of the season. And what was definitely the most relaxing game of the season, for me at least, dear a rare a rare occurrence in Lakerland. We either usually get

white knuckle wins or they get blown out, right? And very little in between. And so the

Lakers blew out the Wizards who were both by record and by play the worst team in basketball, D.

But we know our Lakers are certainly capable of bad basketball of their own.

And without Anthony Davis, we've seen them play bad basketball quite a bit.

And despite the opponent, I thought the Lakers were very serious and were very prepared and took care of business in that game.

And just very on top of things on both sides of the ball, which is how you go up by 25, 30 in the NBA, when it's just as easy to play a team like that and be up by six at halftime,

you know, and kind of coast to a 15-point win eventually. I thought the Lakers handled

their business pretty well. They definitely did 16 straight losses for Washington. That's a lot of losses, man. And the Lakers

beat them by 23 a few days ago and then went by 30 something or whatever last night.

I texted you this last night. I thought it was actually bad for Washington's chances of

slipping underneath the Lakers radar

based off of how the Lakers played against Philly and JJ's response to them after the Philly

game. And lo and behold, after the Wizards game, JJ was just like, I challenged these dudes

to play with an edge and they played angry and I wanted to see it.
