We're going to build out a Lakers roster. Everything slightly tilted in the Lakers favor here, but still in the realm of reality.

We're going to take a look at with the Lakers roster really could look like at the conclusion of the offseason.

It's my first ideal offseason breakdown with you.

So I'm excited.

This is a ton of fun, a peek behind the curtain.

We started this at midnight-ish eastern time hours ago it is it is late now

it is nearly three o'clock eastern uh at night now so but this was fun this was why i remember

this is this is fun it can be frustrating as is is is hell but um it was fun it was fun

had a blast doing this it's a fun exercise to dive into for sure roster building uh all right

let's let's start off here so we are operating under the belief right now in a scenario

where everybody opts in.

Now with the exception of LeBron, so we know that right now the Lakers, the big question

marks surrounding some of these contracts moving forward, it's LeBron James, DeAngelo

Russell, Jackson Hayes, Cam Reddish. They all have player options. What are they going to

do with those player options?

I think LeBron is going to opt out. But even if he opts out and signs a new contract, it's going to be somewhere pretty close to what he's at right now. So right about $51 million, I'm going to leave him at that. Delo, we're going to say the market is unkind to him. He knows it's not going to be a great market for him.
