Welcome in to the ideal off season roster build I'm Trevor Lane for

Lakers nation.com what I'm doing today I'm peering into the Crystal Ball Studio

Stoo apparently he's gonna be here with me for it as well.

And what we're gonna do is we're gonna look ahead

and see how the Lakers could really build out their roster

this summer.

Now, there are a few parameters. For example, on today's roster build we're going to pursue a depth model.

Last time I did one of these the Lakers landed Donovan Mitchell. They had three stars to build around and that's the path that we chose today.

We're looking at what if the Lakers decide they're going to go two stars,

LeBron James and Anthony Davis and build around depth.

What exactly does that roster look like and I'm going to put some parameters in that make things a little bit tricky as well and I'll get to that in a moment but remember this is all based on reality

while looking at things through a purple and gold lens.
