Just picked up a win over the Detroit Pistons 110 to 106.

They did it without going to overtime, which I guess is a step forward, given what we've seen from the team lately.

Still, nice to get a win.

We saw some flashes of brilliance from the team tonight. They were able to get out and transition a little bit. Picked up the energy, got some defensive stops. We saw them even employ a little bit of showtime when LeBraw James threw a nice al-loop on the break to Anthony Davis. We'll talk a bit about that. We'll talk about the rotation change as well.

What we saw in not seeing Dwight Howard out there tonight, what that means for the team in terms of LeBron,

now playing a bit more at the center position. We need to get into that.

We'll also talk about the Pistons and what this really means for the Lakers season.

Is this something that we mark as the turning point? Like, is this game one of Anthony Davis's 10 game winning streak that he was talking about

that's going to shut everybody up? I guess it could be, but I'm not exactly marking this as

a sign that the Lakers are back and everything is fine because, well, it's the Detroit Pistons.

And they are not a basketball team that is trying to win games right now. But still, that being said, this is a win, and they beat the team that was in front of them.
