I'm Trevor Lane, happy to have you all here.

I think a couple things are true.

Just to preface everything, as we're getting into this show, number one, it was the Sacramento

Kings, literally the worst team in the NBA record-wise. So does this win mean the Lakers are

suddenly finals bound? No, of course not. But it was an important win, nonetheless. And it was a

really fun win. There were some awesome moments in

this game, some incredible highlights from the Lakers. And so it's important, especially given

the overall tone of the season and how negative that three game losing streak was, it's also

important to enjoy games like this where we get to remember how fun basketball can be.

So this does not mean the Lakers are suddenly back and they've figured things out.

I think that we have seen some good things from them, the last two games here,

and this back to back this weekend.

But even while understanding that this doesn't change necessarily the Lakers slotting in the hierarchy of the Western

Conference or even the NBA overall, this is a really damn fun game.

And I had a great time doing the play-by-play.

And I'm excited to talk about this here with all of you.

So the Lakers, again, they win 128 104. LeBron, 24 points, 8 of 15 shooting.

Good to see the three ball starting to fall again for him. Three of four from deep in this one.

And really, J.J. Reddick was about to sub Austin Reeves and Luca Donchich back into the game.
