The Lakers picked up the win over the Toronto Raptors final score.

Lakers get the win, maybe a little bit more of a nervy win down the stretch

10 than we initially thought it was going to be who but i want you to tell them that we back up now

we're going to get back to it we're going to all i saw was the w i didn't see us blow a lead or

anything like that all i saw is a W. So good game.

Raptors, we take it. So we're good. Yeah. I mean, hey, the Lakers walk away with the

win. That's the important thing. Advance now to four and two on the season. So we'll certainly

take that. This was again, like I said, probably a little bit closer than we would have wanted

done the stretch.

The Lakers gave up some scoring runs to Toronto.

The Raptors won the third quarter, 37.

This is a very short-handed Raptors team.

No Scotty Barnes, no Kelly Olenick, no Emmanuel quickly.

They're missing.

Number of their guys.

But how much, I know there's Lakers fans are going to be disappointed, ultimately, that the game wound up as close as it was. How much of it, though, was the Lakers taking their foot off the gas? They won the first quarter, 43 to 19. And it seemed like, especially after halftime, they really went into Coastmo. Yeah, I definitely think that that is some of it. I do think the Raptors also picked up their intensity, particularly when they got back into the game or they could feel that they were getting close to getting back into the game. And then the Lakers were playing like they were sped up. They were sloppy. They weren't able to do the things they were doing before they weren't able to score as easy i think it was just a huge like cascade of things that happened but i do think it stemmed from the lakers kind of taking their foot off the gas pedal
