Lane and the Lakers just got the win over the Washington Wizard. Solid win for L.A.

Pretty easy win. But then again, the Wizards, as we need to note, they are the worst team in the NBA

record-wise, but nonetheless nonetheless the Lakers they'll

take the win that's the important part right that you stack up wins against bad teams it's the

important thing when you're playing a team on the schedule that is not good that you should

beat you need to make sure you take care of business.

And the Lakers did that 11-18 to 88.

It's one of the most important parts of the NBA playoff race. It's not playing your very best against all the good teams in the NBA.

It's making sure that you stack up wins when you do get an easier opponent on the

schedule.

And that's exactly what the Lakers did in this one.

Now, before everybody says it,

because I know a lot of people are going to be jumping in the comment saying,

oh, who cares?

It's only the Wizards.

You can only play the team that's in front of you.

Is this win over the Wizards a sign that all is right in Los Angeles, everything is fixed. No,

no, of course not. It's the Wizards. They're awful. They've won one game on the road all season long.

No, this is not a sign that all is right in Los Angeles, that everything is fine or anything like that.

This is not a statement victory, but you play the team that's in front of you.

And what you would hope the Lakers do is win in a relatively easy fashion, not have to exert
