Elixirs as it says on the elixir as it says on the bottle

That in the other words on the bottle Heidi Googled and they don't exist

So it does say when you take these elixirs warning might throw up as one of the descriptions that it says

Before we get into our looping of each recap. I'll kind of catch up on our week here

So I went to this place called on salay and it is a healing center

They do not claim to cure you, but I did brain optimization

I did read light healing like a light healing session

It was very emotional so I'm going for my back and the theory behind this is that

A lot of injuries and even scientifically and a lot of doctors say injuries start from

stress or anxiety or trauma or like things that have happened that are still in your body

So this place helps heal you mind body soul and gets to the root of a lot of problems

So for me, I have some childhood trauma and I'm sure everybody does just from the past and you know things that have happened

So when I put on these headphones and then this music came on and there was like softer music

You know than these like drums came in and it was like a very soulful experience

And I kind of just have like an image come in my head of like me and like running through the woods and you know

This long dress and it was just a very emotional
