Book Riot. Welcome Charity. Thanks, Jen. Hooray. So Amanda is away today and Charity very kindly

agreed to come on and do some book recommending. Charity, will you tell the folks a little bit about yourself and what

you do at Book Riot, what do you like to read, et cetera? Yeah, yeah. So I'm a big fan. I love listening to

you and Amanda's recommendations. And I feel a little intimidated because I always learn about new

books from you folks. And I feel like I may not be up to the task,

but I am going to do my best. So I, oh, what do I do at Book Riot? So I am an editorial

operations associate, meaning that I support our editorial team at Book Riot, working

alongside Jen, you, and supporting all aspects of

podcasts, newsletters, things like that. As a reader, I primarily identify as a poet. So my preferences

tend to be very prosy, and I lean towards literary fiction, memoirs. I love historical

nonfiction, just the range of that. Right now I'm really obsessed with the mycelio books right

now. Anything with mushrooms and learning about. It's the different networks. What else? Oh, human behavior

and design. I like learning about those sorts of things as well. And that's, I think that's my
