I seem to have got distracted, mid-sentencesentence just kidding it is Libby Purvis and

Patrick Kidd let's let's crack on let's talk about some politics according to

Kirstama we have entered phase two of his government marked by the release of a

30 second social media video featuring the high-speed opening and closing

of ring binders with fearsome intent.

So we're going to phase 2, 1st of September 2025, in good spirits, confident and with conviction about what we're doing.

It needs a more powerful number 10, so we've added to the team with some really important new members. I've made a number

of other changes, but this is about focus on delivery now marching forward to the next phase of

government. So Libby, Kirstana says we've entered phase two of his government. Is that a bit of an

admission that phase one wasn't all that?

Yes, I wish I could be more encouraged and more encouraging.

But I think the year of U-turns and the recent leaking of all the more or less terrible predictions about the budget

and the desperate clinging to the red lines around three key taxes,

which means a lot of other really bizarre, odd, unwanted, confusing, damaging taxes come in.

It's just a sort of miasm of depression.

And I would love to think a phase two.
