One thing I would mention with a basement because it was the hardest part for me to visualize

as well as a nurse when I was first learning.

And someone told me, I think of those little powdered donuts, you know, the white powdered

donuts and think of it just kind of like somebody stepping on it and it just getting flatter

and flatter and more pushed out.
