0:00.0	So by the official count, now at least two dozen people are dead, dozens more are missing in Los Angeles, California, where hundreds of thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes, to escape fires that just won't stop burning.

0:22.3	been ripping through Los Angeles County with deadly blazes just popping up out of nowhere
0:27.6	all over the place. And not by mistake, by the way, multiple people, including illegal aliens,
0:34.8	have been caught setting fires, and it's widely believed that directed energy weapons,
0:39.2	or old-fashioned incendiaries, could also be playing a role here as fires are just popping up seemingly out of nowhere,
