we are back in Los Angeles in our Melrose office and we are joined by the gorgeous Latisha

Thomas.

Today we talked to Latisha about how she became a plus size model, changing her perceptions

on body confidence and we even take a slide into her DMs.

So I just got to a point where I'm like I can't sustain this, like I'm not happy and you

know I sort of just became a little bit more comfortable with myself and then I got to

a point where I was really depressed and I you know I put on weight and then I wouldn't

want to see my body at all, I didn't even own a mirror because I was like I do not want

to look at myself, like I don't want to see anything more than my face.

So it was it was hard but I somehow transformed my mindset.
