All I appreciate you having me on positive university, John.

So, Sean, I was thinking about this.

It's 9 o'clock, my time time 6 a.m. your time what time do you get up in the morning

what's your morning routine look like every day? Well it's almost embarrassing John but you know I'm a I go to bed early so you know I'm

waking up around 4.30 but I like to get a workout in the mornings now that we're

just having meetings and we're not really practicing as much I got to get some

energy out early so that when I could sit in those

meetings I have a little bit of patience. So about 4.30 you start you have to drive

to the facility right how long is that drive? Drives about 30 minutes, so you know, it's a good chunk and you know, you get a chance to listen to some things and really for the East Coast, it's a good chance for me to catch up with my parents a lot of times, but sometimes I just need a little bit of a

long time to think and it's a good little drive and usually you don't hit any

traffic when you're driving at those times.

Exactly, I love that. So take us back now, high school, a lot of people don't know that you were Mr.

Football in the state of Georgia, the best football player, your senior year, you want a state

championship.

What do you remember most about those high school years?

Yeah, it's almost embarrassing when you go back.
