The violence between families is one of the most social, that the mentally

managed in our country.

21 years ago, a crime occurred in the water town, which spread to a whole community

and which was covered by all the means of the country.

When the body of a woman without life was found in the basement of her room

by her daughter, and by her husband, they could not imagine that her other daughter,

who barely had 15 years, would become the main suspect.

The parrrecidies and matricidies are the murderers of the parents and mothers

in hand of their children.

These cases represent a very low percentage of the total homicidies that occur in Puerto Rico.

That is why when a case like these happens, we all agree.

Many of the young people who kill their parents suffer from conduct problems,

mental disorders such as the personality disorder, anti-social and other mental health conditions.

Some of the children or young people who say to their parents, are processed in the

less tribunal and to fulfill the majority of the age are released and considered

that they are no longer dangerous for society.

In Puerto Rico it is quite common that these men are accused of being adults.

According to the psychologist Forensic Fernando Medina Martínez, in some cases, the

child who has been given the least, plays a very important role.
