Don't get it messed up. Russ is one of the best players our league has ever seen. And

it's still a ton left in that tank. I don't know why people tend to try to write him off.

I'm going to approach him like I do every player I've ever encountered. We're going to talk

about our running habits with the ball without the ball. And again, the team, the rhythm

of the team and trying to establish a rhythm with LeBron Russ AD. It's you better. You bet

Sure. This is all I say is this good luck to Darwin Ham. He's been somebody that's been looked

at as a future head coach for a while. It's a very high profile job. You got a lot of expectations.

You got to mess to clean up. And I don't know how much control or input he's going to have over

the roster, whether he's going to have even close to what LeBron James has, even though it looks

like the Lakers are and Genie Buster getting a little tired of LeBron and his constant meddling

behind the scenes according to people in the way that they've phrased certain reports.

This Lakers team isn't going to be better just because they hired Darwin Ham.

This Lakers team needs a complete rework and I can't wait to sort of see what the market looks

like for them this offseason before they even make any moves and then maybe after the draft and

how things change a little bit. I mean, if even this roster is fully constructed the way that it

is in the Western Conference, they're squeaking in and like the play in turn a minute at this point.

They're just not a good team and they don't have a lot of flexibility to make the moves that they
