John, you're in Colorado, which is a couple states over, but California is on fire.

It has been wild watching this news this week.

I've never lived in an area at particular risk that I know of.

I mean, I lived in Phoenix, and I know we always had water troubles there, but there was never any fires there,

any fire danger in Phoenix proper, at least. Is there fire danger in your part of the country?

Yeah, we had two pretty significant wildfires about a decade ago that went through two different

parts of the city with devastating for communities, lost a lot of homes,

and gave me, I guess, a little bit more of sympathy for something that's, I think, more systemic

in California than elsewhere. And certainly more awareness, because, you know, growing up in the South or the Southeast, you don't have that same sort of threat. In Phoenix because you know, growing up in the south or the southeast,

you don't have that same sort of threat.

And Phoenix, you know, the only plants that exist are full of water.

So, you know, you don't have real, you know, a real fire threat there.

But, you know, I remember actually the morning walking out of my house when one of the big fires broke out in town and you just felt it.

It was just, this is one little spark away from, it was just dry.

It just, it's hard to explain, but it was an enormous threat.

And later on that day, I was actually headed to the airport.
