Today, this month is a first tiver. He's been he's been clamoring to be on the show. He's been saying, when when am I going to be on the show and I said, yeah, we'll see. And then, you know, I thought we should get we should get this first of not in. And so he is here yesterday. He's he's the host of a little podcast called shot in the dark.

And he's he's part of the the post wrestling family, the the BD BDE collective. He's part of this like little like street gang over there called the BSK as well.

We'll get you a poison ron or dad hat. Don't worry. Yeah, I need one of those folded brim hats, by the way, it's not a dad hat. The young people wear those as well. Anyways, it's a I'm going to get one of those plus a sweatshirt that's going to be worn by by scrub himself before he said that out. He said, I asked about that when I was seeing a podcast with him. He's like, you get to wear you're going to wear yours before you said it to me. Mine before you said it to me. He's like,

if you want, I go, well, we'll see. I'll let you know. Anyways, it's John Cena, everyone. I'm John. How are you? I am. I am so happy to be here. Finally, we're not talking ant man. We're not talking movies where we're talking wrestling, which I think is a first for us if I'm not mistaken. And I think I'm the second person to have on here that's lived in the city of Yonkers, unless I don't know, unless Alan Ferrell lived in Yonkers at one point. I'm not sure.

Who would be the other one? Would it be one Eddie Kingston? Yes. Yes, Eddie Kingston. Eddie Kingston, if you're watching this, I'm the guy that always yells, do it for Getty Square whenever I see you wrestle. And only he would know what that means. Okay.

Well, if it's an insight, Joe, we won't ask you to explain. No, it's just a popular neighborhood in Yonkers. So I'm sure you always catch my attention.

My little joke with John, John, by the way, is like, I always like to say he's from the Red Hook section of Brooklyn here.

I'm not even like, if anything, I'm near more of the Bronx. Like I'm more like a Westchester, like Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, obviously Eddie Kingston, country,

New Rochelle, cities like that. I'm nowhere near Brooklyn. It's more of the Bronx area, but it's okay. I'll let it slide for you. It's okay.

So, John, what's your, what's your history? Do you have any history being a fan of all Japan wrestling?

To be honest, no, like, I mean, when I was growing up, obviously, I had WF, I had WCW.

Occasionally, I check out some of the super shows from New Japan. I was kind of introduced with that through my cousin,

but honestly, I'm learning, I hate to put you over, but I'm learning with you. Like whenever you had you do one of these shows and you put up the link and I'll check it out

and I'll find out, you know, about the Canaan Express and the British Bulldogs and the molecules and all this. And it's great.

So I'm learning as I'm listening to this. So it's all fairly new to me.

This outside of the long and winding road, I really haven't watched too much old Japan.
