You see, you know, Sochi and Rio and other recent Olympics have gone particularly badly, I think, for those cities.

So this sort of exceptionalist claim L.A. you know, L.A. bid people are making of like, will be the ones to fix it and solve it.

It's like, well, look at all the other problems in our city that we can't fix or solve.

And people aren't even attempting

to fix or solve because they're too preoccupied with having a big party that costs a lot of money

and nobody will be able to get into except rich people.
