So when we tried to do the bigger menu, remember it was like a big barstool menu?

It was just like two all over the place.

The only thing that was selling that people like overwhelmingly were these.

So everybody else who had a sandwich or a dessert got kicked out and they just went

pardoned my gee's thing and I think it's doing pretty well.

I've had it at a NASCAR event and you're right yeah they're very good

cheese steak. I feel like anytime you watch one of those cooking shows like the

first thing or like Hell's Kitchen whatever the first what's the one where he goes

around kitchen nightmares? Yeah kitchen nightmares. The first thing he does is pair down the menu to what they do best.
