This week's episode I am so excited for, we're going to keep this intro short and sweet.

We have Kylie Ross on, so many of you guys have been requesting that I have are on

asking if we know each other because we're both like Dallas-based YouTube people.

We actually grew up in the same hometown and we have like so many mutual friends.

We went to rival high schools one grade apart.

So so funny but we're talking all about like health. She was a D1 college

athlete. She focuses a lot on health and fitness on YouTube. She just

came out with an e-book. She's basically like the queen of health and fitness and

she is absolutely killing it and she brought me Lala Land. I was actually having such a horrible week the week that we recorded and she just

texting me a photo that she was coming with Lala Land and I think I cried tears of joy and I love her forever.

Anyways, without further ado, let's get in to today's episode.
