I know the work that he's put in, you know, the people that have helped him get to this

point, you know, he can't praise enough, the whole medical staff, all that, the performance

staff, the doctors, all that stuff, but, you know, he hasn't taken a snap in his offense

either. So, you know, we got to see him do a lot of things, but I know he's excited

to get out there and start playing some football.

Jonathan, again, first year Cardinal set coach, team is one in five, Kyle Murray back on

the practice field. Doesn't mean he's going to play anytime soon. You open the window when

the player comes back, the window stays open for a certain period of time, and then you

get to the end of that period. I think it's five weeks. The end of that period, you've got

to put him on the active roster, shut him down for the balance of the year. The anticipation

has been, the expectation has been that he's going to play this year. Now, the other side

of that, and this is a point Michael and Barty made weeks ago, and it makes sense. There

are significant injury guarantees that become full guarantees in the future. And if they

are thinking about going in a different direction, a quarterback, there is a reason to not play

him this year, a business reason to not play him this year, because if he can't pass a

physical before the date on which the guarantees flip, they're stuck. And simply pointing that

out, and I'm impressed that Cardinal's fans can be so passionate and loyal about their

team, given how dysfunctional the front office seems to be specifically ownership level.

And the fact that the team's one in five, they are very loyal and they are very rabid.
