Hi guys, it's Danielle. I'm going to do the podcast today, of course, but in light of everything

that's happening in the world, you know, two weeks ago in Buffalo that shooting of innocent

people in a grocery store and in Orange County. And now this terror in Texas, this nightmare,

I can't not acknowledge it. I know that this this podcast is an escape and, you know, and

and and we can forget it for a while, but I don't want to forget and I don't think you guys do

either. I know our audience and we are garbage people through and through, but we're also

people that feel very deeply and not just about how's wives. And I'm obviously just devastated.

And I know you guys are too. And we all feel so helpless and hopeless, but there is stuff to do.

There is action to take. So I'm asking everyone and I'm sure so many of you have, but I am asking you all

to take a minute before we talked about our housewives to do something. And there is stuff to do.

So take a minute and you can you can go to mom's demand action right now. You can go to every town for gun safety.

They also have, you know, Instagram sites or go to their websites. There's so many action items on both

of those sites plus donations or you can just call your senators. The number is 20222243121 and tell

them to vote on HR 8. It's the background check bill and no matter where you are politically, this is a bipartisan bill.

We all agree on this stuff that there need to be more background checks and so much more.

So this is not political. This is just I don't care how you're voting and there are also midterms coming up.

And you can go and check to see where the people you're voting for stand on gun control and if they are back by the NRA.

These are things we can do. So I ask you now before you listen to the podcast and before we have a few laughs,

if you can just do one thing today, one action item, whether it's just visiting those sites and looking about what you can do,

donating, calling a senator, it takes very little time and the impact is great. I love you all. I'm thinking of you all.

I know we're all in this together. We can do something and I just had to say something before we start today because we all feel this and to not feel this.
