Welcome everyone to the Tori Says show.

I'm your host Tori. So today is November 11th, 2019. It is 1111. What a

magical number. It's Veterans Day for all of you that have served, thank you for your service.

But today, out of every single day that we should be thanking those people that put their lives into, well they devoted their lives to defending their nation, defending American values is a pretty incredible thing.

I remember when I made the choice to serve my country and even though I was young and I was kind of steered into where I should

be working even though I had an idea when I joined the Navy I'm going to be there.

Once you're in and you are part of this group of people that want to defend our national

security, our interests, you know, they can take you out and place you somewhere else, but nevertheless

you are doing the duty that you are supposed to be doing right guys and one thing I want to

encourage everyone to understand is just because you haven't served your nation in

uniform or no uniform or be a government servant

doesn't mean you can't serve America and I think it's very important that we

revisit the amazing former President John F. Kennedy

who reminds you how every single one of us can serve our nation.

In these tense and anxious weeks,

I know that every American citizen wants to know

what he can do for his country. Not everyone can serve in our armed

forces or serve our government, but there is one thing you can do. There is one way you can

indicate your devotion to freedom. There is one way you can indicate your devotion to freedom.

There is one way in which we can show how strongly we believe in our democracy.
