Who's light on the resume? How big did you go? Some people go, wow, way big. They call themselves

doctors or give themselves degrees that they never had. Maybe they never went to college at all.

That's crazy.

Well, the question, you know, to me, depending upon the company, how deep do people go on trying

to verify resumes that you go through?

I don't know.

I mean, what kind of background checks do the companies do?

Now, if you're a bigger company and you've got more resources, I imagine you do, but, you know, imagine you only have two to three

employees and you're already working your butt off 15 hours a day. And maybe you're like the

girl that's supposed to check and vet people, and you're already quiet quitting. Yeah.
