Let's say you overhear a private and not very complimentary conversation about you at work.

What would you do?

Virginia, would you say something?

Would you take it and hide it and walk away?

Would you hold a grudge?

Or would you have like a confrontation right then and there

when you heard somebody saying, you know, in Virginia,

blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah and it's in maybe an

office where they didn't have the door closed enough and you walked by right at that time how do you handle it?
