I think we all probably have something that we do that's kind of weird and you're pretty sure that probably nobody else does it.

And it's just weird little ticks, weird little things that you do.

Typically when you're by yourself, I don't know why probably in the last couple of

years I just have developed something something I think it's like a tick when I

just feel overwhelmed I just say help me I don't know what it is and I'm like if

anyone ever overheard me they'd be like, just the sad desperation and my voice, but it's a weird

tick that I do to somehow, I think it kind of resets my brain to focus because I have a hard time

focusing and a lot of times I'm running like you have to get

here and there and you're like I'm trying to put this on I'm trying to get that and you're like I'm like help me and I don't

know what it is but somehow it gets my brain right back in and going but I am pretty confident that nobody else actually calls out for help

I don't know who I'm talking to I don't know if it's a prayer I don't know if it's I think you're calling the Lord just Lord help Just good heavens. That's not that weird. That's good. Okay, that's not that bad.

You're a spiritual man. It works. That's not bad. Do you have one that you actually can say on the radio without freaking out everybody J-bird.
