Airbnb, it will be interesting to see just how much regulation people start putting on them because they are causing problems globally in Barcelona.

The residents there are squirting tourists in the face at outdoor cafes with squirt guns because they want them to leave because

they're paying more money for an Airbnb than what people there locally can afford.

It's driven rents up by 86 percent and that sounds familiar with what we got going on here in South Florida.

The price of rent is ridiculous and the people who live there can't afford it.

Somebody text in said in Hawaii they passed a law that rentals of properties have to be there for at least 30 days if you're in Honolulu.

So you if you're going to rent it you're going to be doing it for a month basically month to month.

I don't think they like tourists there in Hawaii sometimes.
