Kind of interesting how what we brag about is starting to change a little bit.

You know, it used to be a badge of honor when you would talk about how late you stayed at work, how little sleep you got. I'm just up and grinding and now I think a lot of times people would look at you

and just think okay can you not manage your time better how effective are you while

you're there I do remember that there was somebody that I knew once upon

the time and they would always brag about how much time they spent the office and

how low they slept and I looked at their productivity I'm like well what are you

doing because I don't really see the dividends of all this time?

You're not killing it, you're just here a bunch.

That sounds faking the funk, but it's all going to depend on what you're going for.

There's certain goals in life. You have to work a little bit harder and

more hours and more crazy and then there's other gigs you don't it really depends on

what you're talking about it's about building a bridge you can't really take that

many days off you have to kind of keep that
