Jamal Warner, you might remember him.

If you remember the Cosby show from back in the day, he was Theo Huxable.

And man, it's just really sad to see his passing at the age of 54, got caught up.

And it sounds like a rip current.

And by the time they got him to shore, he was not able to be revived.

It's just heartbreaking because we're hearing this like a lot.

It seems like a lot of people are getting

caught in these rip currents. So the message needs to get out there. Like if you're going to go

in the ocean and you can't stand up, you need to have some sort of flotation device with you.

It doesn't matter if you're a good swimmer. It doesn't matter if you're strong. I mean, look at the videos of Malcolm Jamal Warner. He did not look like a weak man. 54. Looked in great health. Looked in great everything. It's almost like before you get into ocean water and it doesn't. You don't have to go out far just right there at the shoreline that you need to have a tutorial on if you do get caught

to rip current what you need to do and how you need to roll over kind of go with it don't fight

the current let it take you where you are and then just try to diagonally swim back to shore
