Well, we often talk about all the scams that are out there today, and it is really tricky to figure out what is going on because everything just seems so suspect.

Just even yesterday, my son was doing something with he had this and there was some company that had some money that he had to get from.

Anytime somebody says they got something for you, I don't believe it. I don't trust it. I don't either. Especially if they're walking towards you in a parking lot with a great deal. Run the other way. Virginia was right about parking lots. Nine out of ten men in a parking lot. I think it's nine out of ten humans in a parking lot you need to watch out for. Yeah, we ain't doing anything in a parking lot. We are not. Even online, I'm getting to the point where I just don't want to do any business online with any kind of link or anything like that. It's weird. Anybody who approaches me online, on my phone, in my email, if you approach me, the answer is no. I'm at a point now. I don't even

trust Amazon Prime anymore. I bought a whole Lego set. I mean, and it wasn't cheap either.

Oh, we know. You spend a lot on toys. It was for my girlfriend because she loves Legos.

They sent me a box of wires. It was the smallest box of wires. Now I have to be responsible going to exchange it. You got to schedule them to come back and pick up the box. Oh, and I'm real good at that. Yeah. Yeah, well, guess what I got? A box full of wire. He's just going to keep it.

Yeah. Give it to her. Keep sending that Pennington guy the wrong stuff. He will never do anything about it. They love people like me. He's like, ugh, the hassle. Everyone explains the whole procedure. I'm like, I'm not doing that crap. Now, here's a weird thing. there's this cybersecurity expert

that is saying that these scammers

will intentionally

send you money on Venmo as part of the scam.

So what happens is that scammers literally send you money.

Send you money?

Yeah, send you money on Venmo.

But they're from stolen cards.

So they send you money and they say, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry.

I send it to the wrong person.

Can you please send the money back?

And you're like, okay, well, I mean, that sounds reasonable.

Right.

So then people send it back because they feel bad.

And then what happens is because it's a stolen card, those charges get reversed.
