Have you ever been in a relationship rut?

I would say that a majority of us have, but the big question is, how do you get out of it?

Right now, 25% of Americans say they are in one.

That's one out of every four Americans are in a relationship rut.

Oh, yeah, that's a lot of my married friends. It's easy to

do. You're living life. You just kind of keep going and you forget to pay attention to each other

and it starts to fall apart. Now, how do you know if you're in a relationship rut? Here's some of the

bigger factors. 50% of people, they say it's fewer

romantic gestures. You're just not taking the time to show that special somebody that they are.

You're noticing that your intimacy is less passionate. And 41% of people said it's really due to a

lack of conversation.

That's when they start to feel like they're in a relationship rut.

When I talk to some of my friends that do talk about the relationship rut,

you're kind of nailing on all of those points. And the main thing is they say they don't have fun together anymore.

It's almost kind of automatic and going through the motions. And you're

right. What if you woke up and your mate and surprise you with your favorite breakfast meal?

And you woke up and go, hey, Virginia, here's your sandwich. And they gave you a foot massage

on a Sunday morning out of the blue kind of blow you away

wouldn't it it would you have to be intentional in your relationships it's never

anything you can put on autopilot and expect it to thrive you have to

intentionally say I'm going to go out and we're going to spend time together
