Gen Z believes that if you stay late at work to get a project done,

then you get to show up late the very next day to make up for it.

Are they right in this?

This is the latest debate that has gone on online.

And there's no doubt about it that the younger generation is changing the workforce in how they think things should be.

They want more of a work-life balance.

They believe that the boomers and the Gen Xers are just working themselves silly and for what?

They're not really living life.

And you know what?

They're probably not all wrong.

They want more money, less work.

But then the Xers and boomers think that Gen Z is a little bit lazy and a little entitled.

So I don't know. Who's right? Who's wrong?

Whereas the millennials got it all right somewhere in the middle. So what do you think about that?
