Americans love their comfort TV, whether it be shows or movies. They say

55% of American adults use comfort television in movies to self-sooth and distract from anxiety or stress.

Really the most popular way, even over, you know, cocktails and bubble baths and all that

other stuff that people use to de-stress.

They use Comfort TV more than anything and

they say that every generation seems to have their favorites the boomers they like

young Sheldon or shows like Grace and Frankie, millennials like their Gray's anatomy, and

Gen Xers go for like the Blacklist, Yellowstone, a Reacher, they say is what they go

for. One of the more popular comfort shows that are out there friends is one of those

ones that people just seem to like to put on and I guess the definition of one of these

comfort shows one it's something that's familiar but they say that a lot of people

especially with working from home will put something on just kind of as a

companion show something that just kind of like rides in the background and doesn't necessarily grab your attention.
