Well, my wife is a lot different than my mom was.

My mom was a teacher, and you had to have a documented fever over 100 degrees.

You had to be barfing your guts out.

I mean, it had to be a true illness that would have brought the entire school to its

knees had she sent you for me to actually miss a day of school.

Just never happened. My wife, a lot more lenient. My son knows it. He's always working my wife. And it's always when I'm not there. So I'll come home in the afternoon. My son's home.
