Fact 57% of Americans say they aren't getting as much sleep as they would like.

That is a majority of Americans and they say you

should be in that seven to eight hour pocket. And look I even set an alarm to

tell myself hey man this is your eight hour threshold and it best I'm still you know looking for stuff and

spending time on social media probably eating up 30 minutes to an hour of my sleep time every single night I do it I got to get a new coffee table I passed out on my

couch in the middle of this horrific night tear and I kicked my coffee table that's got wheels on it and destroyed the wheel during a night tear.
