care about and b they are jerks to you you're like I'm out I'm out I'm gonna do this on my terms now if you love your employer if they were good to you if you guys felt respected and like a team then yeah yeah you give them two weeks, you give

them three weeks if they want. You give them whatever it takes to be able to leave
