Okay, this email, they want to know if they're the jerk for not bringing their family to Disney. Says, I got a work conference coming up in California. My company pays for my airfare and hotel. The hotel for the conference is at Disneyland, but here's my dilemma. My wife wants to come and bring our three daughters. Look, I love my wife and my daughters but traveling across the country with

three kids. The oldest is six. The youngest is ten months old and then having to

entertain them after the conference every day sounds so exhausting.

I don't even want to go anymore.

Am I the jerk if I tell her that, hey look, I'm just going to do this one alone?

This is usually my three day break that I get once a year and I like to spend time with my colleagues that I don't see except for this one conference.

Is he the jerk if he tells the wife and three kids to park it?

I don't think he's a jerk. I think what he needs to do is maybe set up an alternative vacation at a later date after his conference and take them to Disney

like she obviously wants to do.
