At any age, I find all these things to be really good pieces of advice.

So if you're young, good news, you're going to get these now if you're older it's kind of a

checklist to say okay am I doing this what advice would you give to your

younger self?

But everything in this is a really solid nugget.

Don't go to business school, Bird.

None of the credits are going to transfer and you end up just going to peeing that money away.

Bird's got his own list.

Number one on the list, be more confident.

Confidence is very important, you accomplish more things when you are confident believe in yourself.

But that's easier said than done.

What does someone have to do to apply that and really make that work in their life?

I think the reason why we do it better as we get older is we gain a little bit more

confidence in ourselves because we're a little bit more self-aware.

We start to understand our strengths and our weaknesses and we realize that everybody has them.

And you're not going to be good at absolutely everything, but if you can figure out what

it is you are good at, carry some confidence around because I believe every person was given their

own set of gifts and skills that they can do and you can do something uniquely better about anybody else on planet Earth

And it's not sometimes it's not something you need to just pluck off a tree sometimes you have to work at that stuff for some people you know I think that's why it's

typically a trait you see later on in life because it does take a lot of trial and error

to get yourself there but there's good and bad like you said there's qualities
