Okay, so we're at season 13, episode 8.

And every now and again, there will be an episode that immediately transports you back to the time that you watched it for the first time.

This is one of those.

Kim, in that floor-length fur coat, storming through the hotel room to find the girl that Scott brought to Dubai will never, ever, ever not hit.

That is one of Kim's most iconic moments, quite frankly. And I know she has had a lot of them,

but that was the side of Kim we had never seen before.

Waring the lip ring, might I add. This episode lives in infamy. All right. Without further ado, let us just get into it. The opening scene is Chloe, Kim, and Scott. And Scott had just gotten back from his trip to Aspen with Courtney and the kids. And he's explaining how they are a little bit in this gray area. And he's saying in his confessional,

Cortin I have been spending a lot of time together. So I decided to take her and the kids to Aspen and she agreed to go. So for me, that's a big thing. I feel like all Courtney ever really wanted for me was for me to be sober and healthy and just to be there to take care of my family. I've been really present, haven't been drinking, you know, a year or so ago. I feel like there was a point where we didn't even speak or see each other. So this feels good.

So Scott's saying to Kim and Chloe that he feels like this means everything is going in the right direction. And Kim says to him, wait, I have a question. Does Courtney know that you got her a ring to propose? And Chloe's like, yeah, we found it in the old townhouse. Is that what you were talking about or something else? And Kim's like, no, this was a really nice Lorraine Schwartz ring. And then he returned it. And Scott says, and I think I asked her to marry me. Kim's like, not with the ring. Scott's like, no, no, no, with it. Kim goes, you didn't tell me this. He's like, you know, it was really weird. I don't think we told anybody actually. And Kim is saying in her confessional that she really feels that if Scott stays in this place,

him and Courtney will end up back together. But he's saying to them, yeah, it was somewhat

cute. And then we just got scared about the media and this and that. And we were like,

let's just put the ring aside and we'll talk about it another day. And then we never spoke

about it again. Possibly the most Courtney and Scott thing of all time is Scott proposing while they are broken up.

And Courtney maybe kind of accepting even though if you were to ask her, she would have said she didn't,

but she's so bad at communication that Scott probably thought on some level she was saying yes.

And then them just never talking about it again.
