situation. Well thanks Francis, hello gang, let's start up in Russia, starting in the

Kursk region. So Russian efforts at a counterattack are continuing there. Now I'm

not using the word efforts as a pejorative in a bid to only report good news from Ukraine

That's not what we do here. That's not the pod that David created, but I use that word efforts because whilst it's correct we think and it's very difficult to get ground truth

But we think Russia has retaken some ground particularly in the West

But they don't seem to be any joined-up operations.

They seem to be very tactical nibbles.

They're not working together.
