I've been sound a little off this week. What I thought started out is me losing my voice actually turned into me getting sick. So I've been a little under the weather the last couple days. But I'm continuing to power through. I'm going to try to rest up on Friday night and into Saturday so that I can kick this and I can be good for Sunday

and I can be good for next week and everything moving forward. Regardless, I didn't want to let you

down. So we're still opening up the mailbag as usual and I'm going to answer as many questions as I

can here. Let's get to it at Incognito 1027. I never miss an episode. Thanks for all that you do. My question is your trade value on

Cooper Cup. I thought it would be higher as his return approaches. Could you expand further how

your valuing Cup moving forward and how much it has to do with his return date slash Puka

Nakua? Absolutely. So the trade value chart, that went up on Wednesday morning. And at that point,

we really didn't know that much about cup status. We had heard that he was expected to practice

this week. We didn't know in what capacity. Now, what we've learned since is that cups looking

pretty darn good at practice. And I would be surprised if he wasn't out there in the game this week. There was also some reports from Diana Rusini and some others that the Rams just want cup to be 80 to 90% in order for him to be active. We also have to be careful that we're not putting too much stock in just a few clips from practice because they haven't actually said for sure that he's playing in week five yet. So we're recording this on Thursday. I'm sure we're going to learn more over the next

couple days, but he definitely seemed to be moving well. If I were doing the trade value chart right

now after seeing him on the field, he would be nine or ten points higher in it. And if you're

wondering why he's not back inside like the top five, like you would have been

before the season, it's because the injury and not being certain that he's going to be 100% when he's back in the field or that he'll be able to hold up when he does get back in the field. And because there's more target competition. You have Nakuwa, you have Tutu Atwell, Tyler Higby, obviously. before the season, it looked like it was going to be basically all cup with a little Higby, not much else. But now you have guys like Nakuwa and Atwell. They've stepped up. They aren't going to just go away. And Cup doesn't need to be the superhero anymore, right? He could be a part of that group. He doesn't just have to be the only guy. So I'm not sure he's going to

have the same kind of target here. He's going to get plenty of targets. Don't get me wrong.

He's still going to be the lead guy. He's going to be Stafford's favorite target. But he might be more

of a low end wide receiver one until he proves to us that he's healthy until he reestablishes

himself as the lead dog for that Rams offense.

At XQZNO, with Cooper Cup coming back in the Rams offense, how worried should Pooka Nakua managers be?

I mean, it depends how realistic you were about Nakua.

Like, he's turned into a fantasy star over the first month.

He's been dominating in that Rams receiving core. But we always suspected that Cup was going to be back at some point. We weren't sure if it was going to be week five. Maybe it would take a little more time than that, but his return was going to happen.
