Kundalini Awakening versus the Holy Spirit manifestations. Common accusations that people in spirit-filled churches get

is that Holy Spirit manifestations seem to be very similar to Candelini

awakening or to the Kundalini Spirit. And some people make the claim that all of any

manifestations in charismatic circles are simply a remake or rebranding of the Kundalini spirit.

Now, what is a Kundalini spirit? A Kundalini is a concept from Hinduism.

Kundalini means circular, all, or coil.

Kundalini is a thought that a feminine energy is coiled like a snake at the base of the human spine.

Kundalini awakening happens when a coiled energy goes up the spine and reaches the head.

Going up to the head involves the feminine Kundalini energy, moving up a series of energy

points, they call them chakras, located along the spine. Now, what happens when people experience

Kundalini awakening? Is they have a feeling of vibration, life source in different parts inside of the body,

feeling electric-like currents flow up and down the nerves, experiencing bliss,

having divine visions and getting inspirations and insight.

Another example is sensations of energy moving or trapped within certain parts of the body,

often involving the chakra points.

This process may become in some way visible to the experiencer.

Or another experience is, the energy feels unbearably strong or painful, often accompanied by shaking, jerking or spasms.

Spontaneous adoption of yoga poses or hand gestures even though the experiencer may have never practiced these before.

Sensations of cold or heat, but typically without sweating.
