absolute demolition of Auburn at home 84 to 52 and absolute shellacking in which Kentucky did what we wanted to see him do start in the season or excuse me starting the night

Assume 86 54 we wanted to see Kentucky absolutely dominated team

I wanted to see what happened when they put everything together I wanted to see what happened when Kentucky fired on all cylinders

and guess what we got to see it tonight a great performance that really was from start to finish awesome offensively

and then in the last 30 minutes was also awesome defensively and produced really and really exciting win

and it's the kind of game that can get the fan base believing in March you know hope is a good thing

and I think now Kentucky fans are starting to have a little hope that maybe something special can happen over the next few weeks

you can give the shout 8 5 9 2 8 0 22 87 here at the KS bar I said this during the pregame it felt just like a different energy today

like it was an absolute it was there were people everywhere in downtown Lexington there were people all over the arena three hours before the game

there were people in this restaurant the entire time and I watched the game here in the energy here was great

it's like you know it's taken a while because there's been a lot of bumps in the road but Kentucky got their 20th win today

and played on a level that we just hadn't seen them play even in wins they had all sort of felt grind it out

you know two minutes to go what's going to happen this one felt like we're good and we're going to destroy you

and what's interesting about it is they did that to a tournament team and a tournament team whose resume is actually very similar to Kentucky's

but not anymore and with the win I think Kentucky has basically locked up a double buy and if they beat Vandy I think they'll lock up the three seed in the tournament

so the cats get a victory I think everybody that played played well tonight this is one of those games where you can say every single person on Kentucky's team played well

I thought Antonio Reeves is obviously a big story because of how well he shot the ball in the second half

he did one of those things on his last three where he basically was running down the floor before the ball even got to the rim

because he knew it was going in and he had 21 he had 21 with two of his shots having his foot on the line

he easily could have had six threes tonight he shot the ball great you had Oscar Sheeboi had 22 points on eight of 10 shooting

he shot this he is 20 of 23 from the field in the last two games which is a pretty impressive number
