Welcome, everyone. It is the local Toyota dealers KSR post game show. The cats take a very difficult loss in overtime to preseason number one Texas in a game that they should have won, but did not in overtime, 16 to 13.

We're going to go ahead. I'm going to go ahead and open up the lines. I'm going to give my take on it, and then I do want to take your phone calls. I think this is a game where there's a lot of various emotions that people can have, and I want you to get a chance to express them. I'm just going to just start with mine. I went to this game. I actually, since COVID, have not gone to a lot of games.

Part of that is doing these postgame shows trying to get out and get home in order to do them.

And part of it is I, you know, I don't like to sit in the press box. So I don't, I don't end up going to a lot of games.

But I went tonight because I, uh, I just wanted to be in the environment and sort of,

it had been a while.

And, you know, I had no expectations for the game.

I kind of thought Kentucky would keep it close, but I did not think they would win at any point.

And then they did what Kentucky football does to me, which is they got me to believe.

Because when the game was tied at 13 and went to overtime, I thought, you know what?

I mean, we got the momentum.

Their offense is dreadful.

We can get, we score a touchdown, I think we win

the game.

And I do think if we scored a touchdown, we win the game.

I think we would have stopped them if we won the game.

But we did not, and we'll talk about that in a second, and you get the loss.

So I did allow myself to get my hopes up in overtime.

And that was the first time in the game I had, and it didn't work out.

Here's the bottom line about the game.

Kentucky was better.

Kentucky had double the yards, 395 yards to 176 yards.
