It's one of the strangest disconnects in our politics today.

By many metrics, the economy is doing very well,

far better than many analysts predicted.

Yet President Biden's approval numbers are doing very badly, and Biden trails Donald Trump

on the economy. On Friday, we were treated to an extraordinarily good jobs report.

353,000 jobs were created in January. Meanwhile, inflation is falling, growth is defying expectations,

stock markets are breaking records, and consumer confidence is up.
