All right. Hey, hey, welcome back. This is the Kelly Roach Show and I have my brilliant amazing partner in the Advanced Women's Expert Network here with me today.

Hey, Laura.

Hey, thank you so much for having me.

I really appreciate it.

And the respect is mutual. I absolutely love working with you and it's a blessing and an honor every single day.

Yes, yes, we're building something amazing and if you guys don't know what the advanced is, we'll share that a little later in the conversation today.

But Laura and I wanted to bring a compelling conversation to the table today to really share this idea of I'm going to call it bouncing back after the sting.

And that's that's the nice way of putting it.

So we're going to talk today about bouncing back after the saying because, you know, one of the core concepts behind the advanced that Laura and I both believe so deeply in and why we came together to create this community is that the collateral of the future is collaboration.

And as women in the world of business and entrepreneurship, it is mission critical to find other like minded women to co create collaborate partner and and lead together in the market with, but here's the problem.

So all of us want and desire to have that sense of community with other women.

The culture around that in the past has maybe been not so desirable and probably a lot of you all listening to the show today have maybe had experiences in the past or maybe in the very recent future, where maybe you have been stabbed in the back or maybe you have gone through a really hurtful situation with another woman that you would have loved to have collaborated and had community with.

But it just didn't go that way, and you know, Lauren, I have both have had long careers in very different rounds, both online and offline have worked in lots of different capacities and thought we could have just really dynamic open conversation about processing those feelings and about the bounce back.

Yeah, I love that we're having this conversation Kelly because it's what's not being said about women supporting women right it looks great when it's an Instagram quote on a on a square in your feed.

But the the actual practical application of it for so many of us is challenging because let's be honest dating back to high school and up to today.

There have been times where everybody myself included and I know your story and anybody who's listening has had a moment where you thought wow that I thought this person had my back and they clearly did not.

And that's staying that discomfort which happens, I think, from a mindset of scarcity, a mindset of competition that is out of our control right where you might be on the receiving end of somebody else's issues, but that what it can really make you want to retract and you know I have my horror stories I've lost businesses over it.
